Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Electrical components (once opened)
- Special order or custom parts
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error on your order.
